Terms you should know before joining
This page summarises key conditions. The signed Membership Agreement contains the complete terms and takes precedence if there is any inconsistency.
Membership term and pricing
Membership starts on the agreed start date and has a minimum term of three months. The standard fee is $55 per week. Customers who use the SOFTLAUNCH code during the eligible event weekend receive a promotional fee of $45 per week for their first two months, after which the standard $55 weekly fee applies. Payments are charged automatically each week until the membership is cancelled in accordance with the agreement.
Included facilities and weekly allocation
Membership includes two one-hour DockDogs Pool sessions each week from Monday to Friday, plus bookable access to the K9 Super Wall seven days a week. All access is subject to advance bookings, availability, safety, weather, maintenance, capacity and events.
Weekend priority and competition benefits
Members receive priority access to available weekend bookings, which are charged separately at the applicable casual rate. Members also receive 50% off sanctioned facility wave fees at eligible competitions hosted by AAA Pet Resort.
Cancellations and no-shows
A session may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before its start time. A later cancellation or no-show is treated as used and the session is forfeited. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.
Nominated and additional fur babies
Membership includes one nominated fur baby. Additional fur babies from the same household may be added for $8 per week each and attend within the same booked session. Membership cannot be shared, sold or transferred to another household.
Health, vaccination and behaviour
Attending fur babies must hold current C5 vaccination or an accepted veterinary titre result, be current with flea, tick and worming treatment, and be healthy and physically suitable for the chosen activity. AAA Pet Resort may refuse or withdraw access where a fur baby or person presents a safety risk.
Facilities and future activities
Facilities may be added, changed, temporarily closed or removed. Activities advertised as coming soon are not included until AAA Pet Resort confirms they are operational.
Ending or suspending membership
Cancellation during the three-month minimum term is limited to the circumstances stated in the Membership Agreement and rights available under Australian law. After the minimum term, the notice period and any available freeze arrangements are governed by the signed agreement.
Risk warningDog swimming, dock diving, wall work, agility and other dog sport and exercise activities involve inherent risks to people and animals. These may include slips, falls, bites, scratches, strains, collisions and water-related incidents. Please read the full risk warning, release and indemnity in the Membership Agreement before signing.
